This is not the most useful answer in the entire world. Would someone
[ preferably from SCO ] care to explain exactly what is wrong with it?
And to answer Jay's original question, [ now that I have a copy of the
posting and a manual in front of me ] he is using the command correctly.
Although, he doesn't need to execute the remote uucp since his uux is
already going to have copied the file from localsystem to remotesystem.
For the record, I tried
uux 'pigs!/usr/bin/uucp rpp386!/usr/archive/scheme/siod.shar.Z ~/siod.shar.Z'
uux 'pigs!/usr/bin/uucp (rpp386!/usr/archive/scheme/siod.shar.Z) \
(~/siod.shar.Z)'
uux 'pigs!/usr/bin/uucp rpp386!~/siod.shar.Z ~/siod.shar.Z'
all of which worked. Well, none of which worked, but that is a L.cmds
kind of thing ;-)
